Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh mint
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water, as needed
Indian Chutney

Instructions

  1. Combine the cilantro, mint, chili pepper, salt, lemon juice, and diced onion in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
