These Bobcat Beefsteak Tomatoes are truly the cats meow! Perfect for salads and big ol’ sandwiches, these plump and juicy tomatoes will add flavor to all your meals. Give them lots of light and they will give you lots of big tomatoes.

Grows well in hydroponics (with carefully managed nutrients) or in the soil – especially in self-watering planters.
|Container / Indoors|
Plant 1 site in an 8" (1 gal) container. In larger containers, space sites 8" apart. For each site plant 2 seeds 1/4" deep.
|Outdoor / Inground|
Plant 1 site per square foot. For each site, plant 2 seeds 1/4" deep. Thin to one plant per site once seedlings are ~1in tall.
Height is variable. These plants should be spaced 1-2 feet apart.

Perfect balance of tart, sweet, and tangy. Tomatoes contain the antioxidant lycopene which reduces heart disease and cancer and have vitamin C, potassium, folate and vitamin K.
While Bobcat Beefsteak Tomatoes are a newer variety, the tomato dates back to early Aztecs in 700 A.D. Despite many of the tomatoes claims to fame (i.e. pasta and pizza), it actually is believed to have originated in the Americas.
