FAQs

Yes! You can purchase the refills for the grow mats right here on our website

  • Yes, it's normal. But fret not - depending on the humidity, the base of the roots can be a little bit fuzzy all the way up until harvesting. You'll cust them about 1cm above the surface - so the strange-looking fuzzy rootlets will be far away from anything you're eating!

Yes, the microgreen trays are dishwasher-safe. But we do recommend you let them air-dry rather than using the dry-mode on your dishwasher as they can warp under excess heat.

This is most likely caused by the seeds falling into the water. The smell you are observing is organic matter breaking down in water. We recommend starting over, and being careful to keep the seeds on the grow mat.

Amazing and EASY

I love my microgreens growing kit so much that I've ordered and given away four of them as gifts! So fun! So easy!! I set up my seeds on Saturday, remove the lids in a few days and do NOTHING else until harvest time . . . usually the following Saturday. If I don't harvest in the week I may have to add a little water . . . couldn't be any easier. LOVE LOVE LOVE this :)
