INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 1/2 cups of fresh mint
- 1 green chili pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of water, as needed
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine the cilantro, mint, chili pepper, salt, lemon juice, and onion in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Add water as needed to make the chutney thick but smooth. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
